Hey, I’m Jordan.
I built TheHousingMarket.ca because I believed people deserved access to real, transparent market information before making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Too often, the data that matters most is locked behind industry paywalls or buried in reports that nobody reads. I wanted to change that.
I’m a licensed real estate Broker in the Greater Toronto Area, working with buyers, sellers, and investors every day. I see firsthand how confusing and overwhelming the market can feel — and how much clarity and confidence the right information can bring. That’s what drives everything I build here: tools, guides, and data that actually help people make better decisions.
