Welcome & Getting Started

What this guide covers and how to use it

This is everything I wish someone had laid out for me — first as a buyer, then as a broker watching clients navigate the same blind spots I once had. I built this guide because buying a home shouldn't require guesswork. It's now the first thing I share with every new client, and I hope it finds its way to anyone who wants to walk into the biggest transaction of their life feeling prepared, not overwhelmed.

What Past Clients Say

He has always been patient with us and never pushed us to make a decision we weren’t comfortable with. He explained the whole process and answered every question we had. He got us a great deal on our first home.

Sabrina S.

I truly could not have asked for a better realtor and person than Jordan to help purchase my first home! He was very insightful, reassuring and comforting through the whole process.

Giulia O.

First-time buyer

I have dealt with a handful of realtors leading up to the purchase of my first home and none of them came close to the level of service and dedication I received from Jordan.
